The No Limits School of Coaching was set up in 2002 by Amanda Kayes, with the aim of delivering top quality tennis coaching to children throughout Harrogate and District, at affordable prices!
Tennis Only Courses
This course is held at King James School, Knaresborough during the summer holidays only and is for children aged 8-16 who receive regular coaching (or play to a reasonable standard) at either green or full tennis level.
The children are coached and challenged technically, tactically, physically, and mentally, therefore equipping them with the essential skills needed to play great tennis!
They put these skills into practice with our afternoon singles and doubles matchplay sessions, and they are also videoed playing so they can watch and analyse their own shots with their Coach!
What to bring…
Children will need to bring a packed lunch each day, with plenty to drink! Appropriate sports clothing should be worn, ie. T-shirt, shorts, sweatshirt, tracksuit bottoms and trainers. Warm, waterproof jackets will be needed in case of colder/showery weather!
Children should bring their own rackets if they have them; for those that don’t, we have rackets that can be borrowed. Rackets however can be purchased on the course at a discounted price.
Please note that this course is not appropriate for complete beginners.
